1). The decision to sail or not to sail, and all safety aspects, are the responsibility of the skipper of each boat.
2). Advice may be given to fleet members on an individual basis, but no fleet responsibility can be accepted, and para (1) above remains paramount.
3). A radio check maybe made to the co-ordinating boat . Listening watch should then be on Ch.16, with a switch to a recreational working Ch 72 as per radio procedures.
